Faculty/Staff Dependent Inquiry Form

Cal Poly Admissions will give additional consideration to a faculty/staff dependent as long as they are a spouse, child, or stepchild of a full-time faculty or staff member. Please note, admission is not guaranteed and we encourage you and your dependent to review the selection criteria for first-year or transfer students.
